Terms of Service

The terms below apply to the use, creation and publication of Simulated Machines.

Terms and conditions

  1. By agreeing to the ToS (Terms of Service), you agree that you will not redistribute the file used to install Simulated Machines for any platform. Currently supported platforms are Linux, Windows, and Android.

  2. You also agree that any work you make may be modified if it contains violent, racist, inappropriate content, personal information, or content aimed directly at a specific being.

  3. Your published version can take anywhere from 1 hour to 15 months to be published. If the project violates too many rules and requires moderation (such as having 3 or more things modified in your work), or if the project is discontinued, your work may never be published.

  4. Starting February 2028, it is planned that you will be billed for every published Simulated Machine created after February.
